Junior Championship 1st Round

The 1st round of the Junior C Football Championship Group 1 between Fergal Ogs and Stratford Grangecon takes place in Laragh on July 4th at 18:45.
The referee for the tie is Phillip Bracken.

To prepare for this match the team have had three consecutive challenge games recently and with each game the teams form has improved considerably. The teams attendance and performance has improved with each fixture and the narrow victory in the last game against Valleymount on Monday 29th June was encouraging.

The very experienced Junior management team of Frank O’Neill, Declan Hanley and Nicko O’Neill will be quietly confident going into the first round of the Championship and will be hoping that the teams performance continues on it’s upward trajectory for the challenge from the Bray club on Saturday.
