“Planning For The Year Ahead”
Leinster GAA’s first coaching seminar will be targeted at Youth and Adult team coaches and focus on how to plan your coming year, from setting out the initial program to managing changes both planned and forced.
Martin Kennedy, who has been working as strength & conditioning coach with the Dublin footballers for the last number of years will be delivering this seminar. The seminar will be divided into two parts:
Part 1: An online presentation that will be shared with coaches to view at their own time. This will deal with the theory behind the practice
Part 2: A face to face seminar where Martin will take us through case studies and show to put the theory into practice.
Cost €15
In order to offer this to as many coaches as possible we are going to have two face to face sessions:
Venue 1: Rathcoffey GAA Club on Saturday the 9th of January from 09:30 to 13:00
Venue 2: IT Carlow on Saturday the 16th of January from 09:30 to 13:00
