FEILE WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Friday 26th June to Sunday 28th June

Friday 26th
1.00 – 1.30 pm   Arrival and welcome of Drumlane to club house.
As many host families, club members, community as possible to be there to welcome

1.30 – 2.30pm   Provision of food and refreshments by club in club house

3.00 – 3.15pm   Leave clubhouse for matches which are being played in PALATINE, CARLOW
Bus being provided for S/G players. Parents to drive to support both teams
Drumlane have own transport

4.30   Drumlane V Palatine
5.15    S/G V Warwickshire
6.00   S/G V Palatine
6.45   Drumlane V Warwickshire

8.00 – 8.30pm    Arrival back at club house – provision of food

9.30 – 10pm    Drumlane players and mentors to host houses

Saturday 27th
10.15am   All players and mentors (of both teams) to be in STRATFORD GRANGECON CLUB HOUSE/FIELD by this time. This to allow for photos to be taken

11 am   Stratford Grangecon versus Drumlane in Stratford

12 noon   Provision of breakfast for both teams, mentors and family members

Packed lunch will be provided by club

1pm   Both teams depart for BRAY for quarter finals of Shield or Cup
Bus being provided for S/G players. Parents to drive to support both teams

Shield play at 3pm
Cup play at 4.30

7.00 – 10pm Back in club house for food and entertainment

Sunday 28th
8.30am Meet in club house to say goodbye. Breakfast and packed lunch to be provided by host families

Shield semi finals take place at 10am in CARLOW HC Finals take place at 1.30pm

Cup semi finals take place at 10am in TINRYLAND. Finals take place at 1.30pm

Families and club are encouraged to support Drumlane if Stratford Grangecon is not playing

Host families are responsible for getting Drumlane players from your house to the club house

WE WILL NEED YOUR HELP THROUGHOUT THE FEILE WEEKEND SO THAT IT IS A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE WEEKEND FOR ALL INVOLVED.
